My Approach

I am excited to offer my services as a private psychotherapist. I have many years of experience working as a licensed clinical social worker. In my practice, I treat adults who are experiencing challenges with adjustment to change and loss. I help those struggling with traumatic life experiences find healing.

Mind-body work is a valuable component of my practice. Whether through meditation, journaling, or nervous system regulation exercises, clients develop skills and tools to manage life’s stressors and challenges.

After a thorough assessment, I work with my clients to develop a personal plan of care, establishing realistic goals and objectives. With an emphasis on each individual’s strengths, unique history, and potential, goals of therapy are achieved. Through an eclectic and holistic approach, my clients will feel empowered and nurtured on the path to healing.
